5/5 9) work at companies only where you believe in the products and leadership or it will be hard to passionately drive to success 10) it all ends and begins with people so hire, treat and support everyone well because you’re all ultimately in it together

4/5 6) every new experience is an opportunity to learn- education is a never-ending journey that makes us all infinitely richer 7) embrace those who think and approach things differently than you- they may have a better way 8) listen more than you speak

3/5 4) try out new ideas and be ok with moving on if they don’t pan out - don’t dwell and lose time by trying to force them to work 5) when you’re working crazy hours have fun and a sense of humor - it will encourage your team and others

2/5 2) if you’re a disruptor in a market with large market leaders you need to think hard and creatively on how and why you’re going to beat them and out execute 3) hire hungry, smart people who are willing to do things differently and are problem solvers not creators

You have the best ideas. Other people's opinions are usually more distractive than informative. Follow your own vision. base your actions on love. Do things you love and if you don't absolutely love something stop doing it as soon as you can.

when you first wake up don't hop right on the phone or the internet or even speak to anyone for even up to an hour if possible. Just be still and enjoy your own imagination. It's better than any movie.
